Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipping
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
- Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipping
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for international shipments.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Returns & Exchanges
We design every pair of TrailBlaze shoes to withstand your toughest adventures, but we understand that sometimes the fit isn’t quite right. That’s why we offer a simple 15-day return policy.
Key Return Details
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Unworn, in original packaging with tags attached
- Refund Method: Original payment within 5-7 business days
- Exchange Shipping: Free for size exchanges within the same model
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene and quality standards, we cannot accept returns for:
- Customized or personalized footwear
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Products showing signs of wear or damage not present at delivery

Step 2: Package Your Items
Once approved, repackage your footwear in the original box with all tags and packaging materials intact. Include the completed return form that we’ll email you.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
You have two shipping options:
- Prepaid Label: We’ll email you a return label for a $8.95 deduction from your refund
- Self-Arranged: Ship via your preferred carrier (we recommend purchasing tracking)
Note: For exchanges of the same model in different sizes, we cover return shipping costs.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Exchanges: Shipped via your original shipping method within 2 business days of approval
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S. (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Duties/taxes may be deducted from your refund
