Our Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

- Reason for return/exchange

Once approved, repackage your footwear in the original box with all tags and packaging materials intact. Include the completed return form that we’ll email you.

You have two shipping options:
- Prepaid Label: We’ll email you a return label for a $8.95 deduction from your refund
- Self-Arranged: Ship via your preferred carrier (recommend purchasing tracking)
Note: For exchanges of the same model in different sizes, we cover return shipping costs.
